2. Designers: Focuses on the layout, graphic design, and visual aspects; updates website and ensures SEO optimization.

3. Marketing: Manages social media and promotional campaigns, conducts email marketing campaigns, builds an email database of contacts (e.g., AP Psychology/English/Art teachers, student leaders of relevant clubs, nonprofits, etc.),

4. Resource Coordinators: Ensures the inclusion of reliable mental health resources.

5. Community-School Outreach & Engagement; partnerships: Corresponds with relevant clubs/organizations at local high schools and nonprofit organizations in the greater community to obtain submissions and grants and find sponsors. Should research grant opportunities and apply for them. Could then use money obtained from grants to publish special editions of the journal.
